The Kites Nest is located off Gabon Road in the Bole area of Addis Abeba (commonly known as Meskel Flower Hotel area) and offers top end furnished apartments for rent. The five story building contains 8 units of one bedroom apartments, 4 units of two bedroom apartments and a Penthouse on the top floor with three bedrooms.

Each apartment has a bathroom with shower & toilet and an open kitchen, equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and hot water kettle. A 40-inch flat screen television is mounted on the wall in each living room.

The two bedroom apartments and the Penthouse also have an additional bathroom with Jacuzzi and a washing/drying machine.

Guests are invited to make use of the sauna, steam bath and fitness equipment on the first floor.

All floors have access to WIFI.

Additional services including laundry and ironing are provided.
